Synopsis

Melissa (Lorlyn Locklin) needs $200,000 for a good cause and playing by the rules is getting her nowhere fast. With time running out, she needs help…any kind she can get. Enter handsome dragster Dylan Malone (Matt Lattanzi), whose fast car and fancy moves are earning him stacks of bucks and a radical reputation. He’s got a risky business proposal that makes Melissa think twice about how to play the game. When Dylan convinces her that raising cash through an illegal race is the only way to go, this mismatched team takes on the law and the local gambling boss, risking everything to win. Suspense races down to the finish line as Dylan and Melissa make their own rules. Stand back for the breath-taking climax and try to CATCH ME IF YOU CAN.

    Great scene with the diversion cars, ripped off almost 15 years later by “2 Fast 2 Furious.” LOL!! Great movie. Melissa and Dylan’s interactions remind me a lot of Rick and Evy’s from “The Mummy.” Love watching it, and love the Tangerine Dream score. :)

    Oh yeah, forgot to ask. Is that Stephen Sommers who yells “Kick ass, Mr. J!” during the pep rally? Cracks me up, and always thought it sounded like him. LOL!!
